USEFUL INFORMATION

• The Lodge uses special exchange rate when we are finalizing the guest bill.

TERMS OF PAYMENT AND CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATION

• We require at least 50% deposit as part payment to guarantee the reservation, or an LPO. This payment can be done either by cash or bank certified cheque, or customer can come personal or deposit it in our account.

• -All payments done by cheque deposited in our account the slip must be received by the lodge at least not less than 7days in advance (for local cheques) and not less than 14 days(for country cheques) this allows bank clearance of cheques.

• After depositing the money in our account please fax the slip on this number 01756612 attentions to the Reservation Manager.

•   Reservation must be done in advance together with the names of customers at least 7days or more..

CANCELLATIONS

-   Cancellations must be done not less than 7days before arrival date.

-   No show on arrival date of reservation full quoted price will be charged.

-   Any cancellation done less   than 7days 50% of the room price will be charged.

-   Cancellation must be done in writing and fax on 01756612 or e-mail at (info@kglodge.net )

-       Any changes of the reservation must be communicated in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
